Vera Djackova, RN, BSN, MA, MPA, BA
Vera brings years of diverse nursing experience and a deep commitment to compassionate care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University in Indiana and has served in a variety of roles, including pediatric nursing for children with special needs and as a lead nurse at a special education school in Illinois. Her journey eventually led her to specialize in wound care, where her calm, patient-centered approach truly shines.
In addition to her nursing qualifications, Vera holds a Bachelor's in Linguistics, a Master's in Public Administration, and a Master's in Translation Studies from a European university. She is fluent in three languages, allowing her to connect with a wide range of patients and families with warmth and understanding.
Outside of work, Vera is passionate about photography and shares her home with two cats, a big fluffy dog, her husband, and their son. Patients often describe Vera as compassionate, professional, and friendly—qualities that make her an invaluable part of the Coastal Wound Care team.
