Dr. Anne Edwards

Dr. Anne Edwards, board certified in plastic surgery, has established herself in Charleston, SC as a leading force in the field of cosmetic, plastic, and reconstructive surgery for over 38 years. Her work is characterized by her exceptional skill and dedication to transformative patient care. Dr. Edwards earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with cum laude honors from the revered halls of Duke University. Her educational journey continued at the Medical University of South Carolina where she earned her medical degree. This was followed by an internship at the University of Tennessee Medical Center. She completed her general surgery residency at the same institution.

Dr. Anne Edwards further honed her expertise in the practice of cosmetic and reconstruction through a plastic surgery residency at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. She advanced in her specialty with a fellowship in Breast Reconstruction at the Eastern Virginia Medical School.
